About Us

Bloggy Lane is a team of 5 individuals working out of their apartment just west of Nashville, creating and learning together, step by step, how to build an amazing game.

June and Robby co-founded Bloggy Lane. June, with little to no coding experience or pixel art experience is now the lead coder and lead designer for Conversatiate. Robby, a lover of literature and non-linear narration, took on the role of lead writer for Conversatiate, and together they gathered three more friends. Brantley, who joined Bloggy Lane soon after its founding, is Bloggy Lane’s lead producer and 3-D artist; Broder, who is Bloggy Lane’s sound designer; and Millie, Bloggy Lane’s head marketing manager, website designer and creator, Conversatiate’s sprite creator, and the person who is writing this now, to help bring their dreams and ideas to life.

Together, the five of us create in our living room through late nights, hard work, and lots of laughs, and throughout this process, we create memories you will see in their purest form through Conversatiate.

Co-founder, lead coder, lead designer

Hello all!

I am June of Bloggy lane ent., and I am the lead coder, and a lead designer for our very first title, Conversatiate!!! What started as an idea for practicing sound design, became a project that I am very passionate about, and has allowed me to learn so many new skills, and work with my best friends! I had zero coding knowledge, and no experience in pixel art, and now it brings me so much joy to do both, among much more. Conversatiate has grown large in scope to be our first game, but I love my team and the messages we want to convey, so I will continue to work hard to create a game fueled with love and inspiration!!

A bit about me:
I grew up learning classical piano!!
My absolute favorite Video Game Genre is RogueLike Deckbuilders!!! (Inscryption, Balatro, Dice a Million, My Card is Better than Your Card, Slay the Spire, etc.)

Robby

Hello!

My name’s Robby and I’m the lead writer for Bloggy Lane’s first game, Conversatiate. I’m an audio engineer by training, but I have a deep love for literature and non-linear narration and it’s been such a pleasure to help realize our characters and translate our ideas into a video game. I, and our lovely team, are very excited to share Conversatiate with you all in the near future!

It’s been a blast to see the project and the team grow over the past few months, and we hope you’ll have as much fun playing as we did making it!

Brantley

Hi!

I'm Brantley, and I'm Bloggy Lane's Lead Producer and 3D Artist. Although I graduated with a degree in Motion Pictures, I've always had a deep passion for storytelling in all its forms. I joined the team shortly after Robby and June founded Bloggy Lane, and I'm always doing my best with my background in the collaborative world of film to help us achieve our best work.

I've loved working with my close friends on our first project, Conversatiate, so far- and I hope you all will get to enjoy it soon, too!

Millie

Lead marketing manager, website designer and creator, lead character designer

I'm Millie! In Bloggy Lane Ent., I'm currently the Discord server designer, website designer & creator, and art person for Conversatiate!

Some fun facts about me:
・I love making jewelry, and I once had a little crystal jewelry shop!
・I'm a senior in college studying Media & Entertainment with a Marketing minor!
・I'm a huge fan of indie animation and want to get into 2D animation myself when I can afford it!
・My favorite color is mossy green
・I'm a huge horror-junkie. My favorite all-time horror movie is probably the first conjuring movie, but I've seen many horror movies, played many horror games, and love the genre in general!
・My kitty's name is Bonita, and she's the best ever 🐈

My name is Broder, and I am the lead sound designer for Bloggy Lane and its first game. Sound design is really fun and creative and I’m glad I get to do it with my friends on a project that’s just ours. I like collecting video games and Japanese memorabilia.
